I thought of haveing a Halloween Party on the 31st for fun but problem is Diane is abit busy she has said that she would help plan it but she'd like some help, I'm willing to help aswell, if anyone else would like to help send me a message. Sadly Diane wont be able to host it so I said I would if she plans it. I think it'd be pretty fun to have a halloween party on home and be able to dress up. If anyone wants to help (again message me). Thank you and hopefully it turns out well!

I can help set it up, but I'm going to be in LA for halloween so I wont be able to attend it personally.

  There are several options for a halloween party and I will cover them and you can choose.  If your wanting a public party then your going to need someone whom can type pretty fast and accurate to MC, well depending on the turn out.  If enough people show to even worry about having events.  

  First the tradional costume contest with with catagories of best costume and most orignal costume contest voting to be down by everyone and use messages to vote.  Sending messages to one volunteer to tally the votes. The only prizes being a spotlight on our website, so don't expect a lot or drawl.  The second being scary story time, I would allow about 15 minutes or when everyone starts getting bored with this.  If your short on ghost stories let me know, I have plenty.  Those should be enough to cover a pretty decent hallween party.

  If you wanted a more private party in the clubhouse or in a personal space you could MC with a mic, just choose a MC with a good speaking voice.

Remember a personal space is limited to 12 people.  These are just a few ideas so feel free to add more or differant.

I would start the party at 8pm eastern, 5pm pacific.  I would start the first event a half hour after the party starts.  Something that I have planned for my other parties and have attemped at all mine is to greet the people when they arrive and announce the party about 15 minutes after it begins, but its though to do with little help. ie "The Chivalric Family would like to welome you to our first annual halloween ball, we hope you will enjoy yourselfs and have some fun with the events".  Announce the events and relavant information, start times, judging, voting...

You will need several people resposible people to help you to be able to pull this off.

I am working that weekend and I won't be home until tuesday so I can't be there to help, but I am not leaving until friday morning so if I can help plan or direct I will be here.
